One of the things I was most excited about when we moved to our new apartment was designing a cozy living room space. After searching for ideas and inspirations on Pinterest and Instagram (and saving up some money), I was finally able to put together this cozy area in our new home. Even our dog, Echo, loves this space.

My most favorite thing is our Florence Mid-Century Modern sectional from Poly & Bark. It is so comfortable, that my husband and I sometimes sleep in the living room instead of our bedroom. We also love taking afternoon naps on this couch. I usually fold our throw blankets and hang it on the wooden ladder whenever I like a clean look, but sometimes I just leave it hanging on the couch. It just makes the couch look so inviting and the throw pillows from Urban Outfitters to give it a more cozy look.
In front of the couch is, of course, our TV. My husband and I absolutely love watching movies and series on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, DisneyPlus and Youtube videos using our playstation. The TV stand is from Ikea that was originally a coffee brown color and I repainted it to match the rest of the furnitures.
The baskets on the wall was an inspiration that I have always wanted to do. I found them from thrift stores, facebook marketplace sellers, and some on Etsy. It gives the room a more boho feel. I absolutely love it!
